Fees and Payments
- Linens: Ask about a $143.96 discount if you want to bring your own sheets and towels. If linen service is selected, linens will be wrapped in sanitary packaging and laid on the bedspread.
Parking Information
- Parking is available at ground level in the parking lot.
- For the Private St. James Plantation Beach Club, paid, public parking on 72nd Street must be used.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day, but closures may be dictated by the HOA or Health Department. Pools may also be closed after severe weather. No refunds will be issued for closures.
- The Marsh Winds pool is typically open from May 1st to the second week of October.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days before arrival, a full refund is processed minus a $300 cancellation fee.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, no refund unless re-rented; if re-rented, a refund is processed minus a $300 cancellation fee.
